About Sharon Goldner

Sharon Goldner

I motivate individuals and groups to live to their fullest potential. I make the connection between food, the mind and the body so that individuals can easily understand their path to health and vitality.

After healing myself from chronic low energy, addictions to sugar and caffeine and supporting my family through food allergies and illness, I am passionate about educating and motivating others to take control of their health and happiness too. I have spent all of my adult life experimenting with different diets, studying food and health and later training as a chef and health counselor. I am committed to helping everyone create their own recipe for a healthy life.

Counseling Mission

As a Holistic Health Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living a healthy and fulfilling life. Whether you are looking to lose weight, sleep better, increase energy, improve the health of the whole family, or manage eating out of your home, I can be your source of accountability and support for reaching your goals.

If someone is open-minded to making slow and steady changes to the way they think and function, all kinds of improvements are possible, and it can be an enjoyable process as well! I also show clients how to prepare quick and easy meals, and to be savvy grocery shoppers and enlightened consumers. I also educate clients in the care and maintenance of their most precious asset...their health.

Wellness Event Speaker

My style of speaking is to inform and to entertain my audience. I present the information in a light and interesting way, using a lot of visual tools that everyone can clearly understand. I draw on my participants’ experiences to demonstrate that health issues are real and personal, but without judgment. No matter what someone’s knowledge is after the workshop, they feel enlightened and motivated.

I have to tell you again that your presentation was terrific! After you left, everyone was talking about sugar and looking at what they were eating and drinking and trying to figure out how much sugar they were consuming. Your visuals were so effective and your information was so clear, that everyone understood the message. It was great and it really sunk in!
